Importing products

1. Automatic import during signup

1. While signing up for Cafe24 Global, select Start your store without inventory in the basic Information setup step.
2. In the next step, choose categories and keywords for product import.
3. Based on your selections, 20 popular AliExpress products will be automatically imported to your store. After import, AI automatically enhances product detail pages for better quality, which takes approximately 3–5 minutes per product.

2. Importing products by keyword search

After your store setup is complete, you can import products by entering your own keywords.
Up to 10 products will be imported based on the keywords you enter.

1. Go to Cafe24 PRO>Dropshipping>Import products.
2. Enter keywords to search for products (e.g., sunglasses, men's).
3. Click Import products.
4. The product search and import process usually takes about 10 seconds.
5. After import, AI automatically enhances product detail pages. This takes approximately 3–5 minutes. During this time, [商品詳細 更新中] (meaning "Updating product details") will appear in the product name.
6. Once the import is complete, click View products to see the imported products.
7. Selecting View products will take you to Product>Product list, where you can review all imported products.

Checking and configuring imported products

• If a product contains a large amount of data, such as multiple images or options, it may take some time for all details to appear.
• After importing, AI automatically enhances product detail pages for better quality. This process takes approximately 3–5 minutes.
• During this process, [商品詳細 更新中] (meaning "Updating product details") will appear at the beginning of the product name. This prefix is automatically removed once the enhancement is complete.
• Please wait until the prefix is removed before editing the product name.
• If the enhancement process fails, the original AliExpress product information is preserved automatically. No action is required.
• The initial sale price of a product is automatically set to twice the AliExpress price, and you can freely modify it after import.
• Only products with free shipping and available delivery to Japan are selected for import.
• Dropshipping orders placed in your store will not generate corresponding AliExpress orders until the account connection is fully completed, which makes proper order processing impossible.
• The store owner is soley responsible for any issues caused by an incomplete account connection. To ensure successful order processing, complete the account connection in Cafe24 PRO>Dropshipping>Manage accounts.
