Managing by customer level

You can search and manage members by tier. 
You can award points to all members of a tier, or release and change a specific member's tier.

You can look up members belonging to a specific tier.

  1. Customers > Member Management > Member Management by Tier

  2. Select the tier you want to view from the 'Member Tier' field at the top, and members of that tier will be displayed in the list.
  3. In 'Search within results', you can search for a specific member by entering an ID or name.

 

Awarding Points to All Members of a Tier

You can bulk award or deduct points to all members of a specific tier.

  1. Customers > Member Management > Member Management by Tier

  2. Select the tier you want to award points to from the 'Member Tier' field at the top.
  3. Select all members in the list and click the Bulk Award Points button.
  4. On the Bulk Award Points screen, enter the points amount and click Bulk Award.

 

Releasing a Member's Tier

You can release a specific member's tier.

  1. Customers > Member Management > Member Management by Tier

  2. Search for and select the member whose tier you want to release, then click the Release Tier button.

 

Note

  • When a tier is released, the member will be changed to the default member tier (the tier set at the time of registration).

 

Changing a Member's Tier

You can change a specific member's tier.

  1. Customers > Member Management > Member Management by Tier

  2. Search for and select the member whose tier you want to change, then scroll down to Additional Settings.
  3. Select the tier you want to change to and click Change Tier.
