Connecting your account

Once you complete account integration, you can start selling dropshipping products right away. Complete the following three steps.

STEP 1. Log in to AliExpress

Log in to AliExpress to sync orders.

1. Go to Cafe24 PRO>Dropshipping>Manage accounts.
2. Click Log in with AliExpress account.
3. If you don't have an account, click Sign up to create one.
4. When the AliExpress login page opens in a new window, log in.
5. After logging in, you'll automatically proceed to the next step.

STEP 2. Agree to AliExpress DS Center terms

To use the AliExpress dropshipping service, you need to agree to the terms.

1. Click Agree. The AliExpress DS Center terms page opens in a new window.
2. Review and agree to the DS Center terms to use the dropshipping service.
3. Return to the menu and click Next to proceed to the next step.

STEP 3. Connect payment method

Register a PayPal payment method for automatic payment processing.

1. Click Connect. The AliExpress Business Auto Pay page opens in a new window.
2. Set the Business Country to Japan at the top of the AliExpress Business Auto Pay page.
3. Agree to the terms and connect your PayPal account for payment.
4. Return to the menu and click Complete to finish connecting your account.

Order processing

Once account integration is complete, the entire process from customer orders to delivery is automated.

Automatic AliExpress order creation and payment

• When a customer places an order for a dropshipping product, the same order is automatically created in the AliExpress account you logged in to earlier. 
• The shipping address entered by the customer is automatically reflected in the checkout page, and payment is automatically processed using the pre-registered PayPal payment method.
• ⛔️ [Important] Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for dropshipping products
  • Dropshipping products are automatically ordered from AliExpress once the customer’s payment is completed. Therefore, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be accepted.

  • If a COD order has already been placed, cancel the order manually and ask the customer to reorder using a non-COD payment method.
     

Real-time order and shipping status sync

• AliExpress ships products directly to the customer's address. 
• Whenever the order status on AliExpress changes (for example, when shipping has started), your store's order status is synced in real time.
• Once shipping begins, the tracking number is automatically updated in the order details, so you don't need to manage it manually.
