Contact form

When this feature is enabled, you can reply to customer inquiries via email. To use this feature, email must be configured first.

Configuring the contact form

Store settings > Board settings > 'Contact form > Contact form settings' Configure settings on this page.
 

 

Info

  • Register your email to use for customer support under Settings>General>Store profile>Customer Support.
    The sender email address is set to no-reply@cafe24shop.com and is a send-only address.
  • Enabling the contact form
    Enable this feature to display a menu to direct customers to the Contact Us page.
  • Preventing spam with CAPTCHA
    CAPTCHA requires users to enter a security code when posting or commenting on the board, preventing automated spam submissions.
  • Attaching files
    Up to 5 files can be attached.
  • Configuring inquiry types
    Add or delete the inquiry types that customers can select when submitting an inquiry.
