You can add a shipping carrier by clicking Add in the shipping carrier list.
The following fields must be filled out to complete the registration.
Adding shipping carriers
Basic information
To add a new carrier, enter the carrier name, primary and secondary phone numbers, email address, default shipping fee, and website URL.
Caution
- If you manually enter a carrier name, you must also provide a valid tracking URL. This is required for the system to track shipments using the tracking number. (e.g., http://yourtrackingurl.com?Parameter={{tracking_number}})
- If no primary contact number is available, you may enter a placeholder number to proceed with registration.

Registering a carrier in this setting does not establish a connection or integration with the carrier’s system.
You must enter the information of the shipping carrier you have an existing contract with.
If you use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or need to transmit order or shipping data to your carrier, please check with your logistics provider or system vendor to set up the necessary integration separately.
Managing shipping carriers
- You can view the list of registered shipping carriers.
- To set a carrier as the default, select its checkbox and click Set as default.
- To delete a carrier, select its checkbox and click Delete.
Caution
Registered shipping carriers will appear under
the Shipping label column in
as available
carriers for fulfillment.
The carrier set as the default will be selected by default.
