You can upload product details for multiple products at once with a CSV file.
Save your time with this feature instead of adding product details one by one.
You can bulk add new products, edit existing products, and edit options and inventory.
General guide
- Download the appropriate template based on what you want to manage.
- Fill in the file with the information you want to upload.
- Select the completed file or drag and drop it into the upload area.
- Click Import via CSV to start importing.
- Once the process is complete, the result will be displayed.
You can see how many items were successfully uploaded, how many failed, and view the reasons for any failures.
Adding new products

Go to
and click the CSV template - New products button in
the
Add/Edit products tab.

Open the downloaded file and enter the product data you want to upload,
then save the file.

Go back to
Click Upload CSV file to select the file to upload or
drag
it into the upload area under the
Add/Edit products tab.

Click Import via CSV to start importing.

- When registering new products, leave the Product code field blank.
The system will automatically generate a product code.
- If the product has options, they will be created based on the information entered in the CSV file.
Editing existing products

Go to

select the products you want to update, and click
Export as CSV.

In the Export as CSV popup, set the template to
Basic template.
If password protection is enabled, enter the password.

Click Create CSV.

In the CSV files list, click Download
next
to
the generated file.

Open the file, update the product data, and save it.

Click Upload CSV file to select the file to upload or

it into the upload area under the
Add/Edit products tab.

Click Import via CSV to apply the changes.

If you do not select any product in the product list when exporting, the system will download a file containing all product data.
Editing inventory

select the products you want to update, and click
Export as CSV.

Reset options/inventory template.

- If you do not select specific products in the product list before clicking Export as CSV, the file you download will contain the product details of all the products in that list.
- You can edit up to 1,000 variants at a time.
- Product code, product name, variant code, variant name and accumulated sales cannot be edited via CSV file. You can only edit data related to inventory, display status and sales status.
- For products that do not have any options, leave columns F to I empty.
Things to remember before using the CSV feature
- If you wish to edit your file in a language other than Korean, you must use one of the following file extensions: .xlsx or xls.
- Adding unnecessary spaces may cause errors when you upload your file.
- If you delete some fields from the template and upload the file, those fields will not be updated.
- Even if you add fields to the basic template and successfully import it to your admin page, those fields will not be updated.
- This feature is only supported in Internet Explorer versions above v.10.
