Using TikTok Channel

TikTok Channel allows you to manage all TikTok services in one place, including TikTok, TikTok Ads Manager (TikTok For Business), Catalog, Pixel, and ad settings.
By linking your account with a single TikTok login, you can access Channel settings and Product feed features.

  1. Go to TikTok Channel.
     
  2. Click Log in with TikTok and log in with your TikTok account.
     
  3. Click Channel settings on the left, then complete the TikTok setup steps in order.
     
  4. The Channel settings screen will change.
    You can set up and use TikTok-related services.

 

 

Note

Important information about using TikTok Channel

  • Check the following before using TikTok Channel:
     
  • You need a Cafe24 store and a TikTok For Business account.
     
  • To run TikTok ads, you need a TikTok Ads Manager account.
     
  • This service is supported in Google Chrome.

  1. If you're setting up the channel for the first time, follow these steps:
     
  2. Click Channel settings.
     
  3. TikTok Channel allows you to manage all TikTok-related services in one place, including TikTok, TikTok Ads Manager (TikTok For Business), Catalog, Pixel, and ad settings.
    By linking your account with a single TikTok login, you can access Channel settings and Product feed features.
    • TikTok Ads Manager account (TikTok For Business) is the foundation for all TikTok marketing features, including ads, Pixel, and Catalog. 
    • Business Center accounts allow you to manage team permissions, Pixel, and Catalog in one place.
       
  4. Select a TikTok Ads Manager account (TikTok For Business). 
    If you don't have an account, click Create new to create one.
    This account is the foundation for all TikTok marketing features, including ads, Pixel, and Catalog.
     
  5. Select a Business Center account.
    If you don't have one, click Create new to create one.
    Business Center allows you to manage team permissions, Pixel, and Catalog in one place.
     
  6. Select an ads account.
    If you don't have one, click Create new to create one.
    You can manage ad budgets, targeting, and campaign performance with this account.
     
  7. Select a TikTok Pixel.
    If you don't have one, click Create new to create one.
    TikTok Pixel is used to track events such as store visits, cart additions, and purchases.
     
  8. Select a Catalog.
    If you don't have one, click Create new to create one.
    Catalog syncs your product information with TikTok so you can display products in ads or shops.
     
  9. To run ads, you must register payment (billing) information.
    You can view your registered payment information in TikTok Ads Manager,
    and ad costs will be automatically charged to your selected payment method.
     

 

Ads settings

Link your TikTok ads account and go directly to TikTok Ads Manager.

  • In the linked Ads Manager, you can create campaigns,
    set budgets and targeting, and manage ads.

 

Channel settings

View the TikTok accounts you've set up to use the channel.

  • You can view your TikTok For Business account, Business Center account, Catalog account, and Pixel account.
     
  • You can view Browser/Server event settings.
     

 

Browser/Server event settings

Set how event conversion data, such as adding to cart and purchases, is sent to TikTok.

  • You can configure Browser/Server events.
    Select either Browser or Browser + Server, then click Save.
     
  • Browser sends events through Pixel (Browser).
    This is automatically set up when Channel settings are complete.
    You cannot disable this.
     
  • Browser + Server sends events through Pixel (Browser) + Events API (Server).
    Events are sent directly from Cafe24 servers to TikTok servers.
    This is automatically set up when Channel settings are complete.
    You can disable this setting.
     
  • Shows data accuracy.
    When you set up Browser + Server events, data accuracy is displayed as High.
     
  • Shows Pixel (Browser) event types and Events API (Server) event types.

  • Shows Pixel (Browser) event types and Events API (Server) event types.
    Cafe24's TikTok Channel provides not only Pixel (Browser events) but also Events API (Server events) for more accurate data transmission.

 

Product feed settings

Manage individual products to sync with TikTok Catalog.
This service allows you to optimize your TikTok Product feed by sending additional data such as TikTok product categories, gender, and age groups.

  • Shows whether TikTok product category settings are enabled.
     
  • Click Settings to access the TikTok product category settings screen.
    You can match your store product categories with TikTok product categories.
    Click Apply to product feed to match them.

 

Managing product feed

Manage products synced to TikTok Catalog and optimize your TikTok Product feed.

  • View products by catalog approval status.
    Click the tabs at the top to view Approved, Processing, Rejected, Unable to sync, or Not synced products.
     
  • Select individual products and click Edit.
    Set TikTok category, gender, and age group, then click Save at the top.
    The data you set will be sent to optimize your TikTok Product feed.
     
  • Click Go to Catalog.
    You'll be directed to TikTok Catalog.
    You can view synced products in Catalog products.
     
  • Clicking a product name will take you to Products>Product list.
    It will show the clicked product.

 

Setting up TikTok Channel

  1. Go to Marketing channels>TikTok Channel.
     
  2. Click Log in with TikTok and log in with your TikTok account.
     
  3. Click Channel settings and complete the TikTok setup steps.
     
  4. Once setup is complete. the Channel settings screen will be updated.
    You can now set up and use TikTok-related services.
