The No Shipping Required setting can be used for products that do not require shipping, such as digital products or in-store pickup items.
When using the No Shipping Required setting, shipping information is not required on the order form and no shipping fees are charged.

Selecting applicable products
You can select the range of products to apply No Shipping Required from the applicable products.

Selling digital products
When selling only digital products such as e-books or online courses
- Applicable products: Select All products
- No Shipping Required is automatically applied to all products.
In-store pickup for some products only
When most products require shipping but some can be picked up in-store
- Applicable products: Select Specific products
- Add and manage only products available for in-store pickup.
Mostly digital, some require shipping
When you mainly sell digital content but ship some merchandise
- Applicable products: Select Exclude specific products
- Add only products that require shipping to the exclusion list.
Managing by category
When an entire category does not require shipping
- Applicable products: Select Specific categories
- Select the category to apply the setting to all products within it.
Note
- When using this service, it takes priority over the store settings and the product's Shipping settings and Payment method settings.
- Products set as No Shipping Required are not charged shipping fees.
- After changing settings, you must click the Save button to save your changes.
