Coupons

You can set the basic functions and design of coupons.

Go to Settings > Promotion settings > Purchase benefit settings > Coupons.
Set coupon usage to 'Use'.
Coupon usage restrictions allow you to set the scope of coupons that customers can apply on the order form.
Setting Simultaneous use with credits to 'Use' allows customers to use credits and coupons at the same time on the order form.
In Simultaneous use with discounts, you can set whether to allow using member level discounts together with coupons, or to allow only coupons.
Setting Simultaneous use of product/order form to 'Use' allows customers to apply both product coupons and order form coupons at the same time on the order form.
In Coupon restoration settings, you can select when coupons are restored.
You can also set whether to restore coupons for each CS type.
However, partial cancellations, partial exchanges, and partial returns are not automatically restored.
In Usage limit, you can limit the number of coupons used per each setting.
Additional use coupons are coupons that can be used in addition to the limit set in the usage limit, allowing specific coupons to be used together with other coupons.
You can register up to 5.
Customers can use one additional product coupon and one additional order form coupon each.

Caution when setting coupon usage

If you set coupon usage to 'Do not use', coupons will not be automatically issued even if they are registered.

Caution when setting usage limits

If the checkbox is unchecked, customers can use an unlimited number of their coupons.
Please be careful as the discount amount can increase significantly.

Caution when setting additional use coupons

Only coupons that are currently being issued or were created within the last year can be registered as additional use coupons.
However, even if a coupon is not currently being issued or was created more than a year ago, unused coupons held by customers can still be used as additional coupons.
For unused coupons, if the coupon is deleted, customers will no longer be able to use it as an additional coupon.

You can set when to send expiration notification messages for coupons held by shop members.
Selecting 'Set by sending period' allows you to choose when to send coupon expiration notifications. Check the desired dates among 1 day before, 3 days before, or 7 days before expiration, and notification messages will be sent accordingly.
Selecting 'Set all sending periods' will send notification messages 1 day, 3 days, and 7 days before the coupon expiration date.

You can set whether to display coupons to customers who are not logged in, or configure the coupon design.
