Overview

You can check customer orders in Orders.
Typically, an order is completed once shipment has been processed.
Sometimes, you may need to handle cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Orders

In Orders, you can view and edit order details.
Use this menu to confirm payments, check payment details, or edit recipient information.
In All orders, you can view orders across different statuses.
In Awaiting payment, you can see orders paid by bank transfer.
You can either confirm the payment or cancel the order.

Shipments

In Shipments, you can manage orders by shipping stage.
Shipping progresses through the following stages:
Preparing for shipment > Awaiting shipment > In transit > Delivered
You can track and update the shipping status at each stage until the product is delivered to the customer.


Order support (CS)

In Order support, you can check and manage cancellations, exchanges, returns, and refunds.
In the Cancellations tab, you can manage both customer-requested and store-initiated cancellations.

In the Exchanges tab, you can review and process exchange requests. 

In the Returns tab, you can handle return requests, and in the Refunds tab, you can manage refund requests related to cancellations, exchanges, or returns.
You can view the status of each order and take the appropriate action as needed.
