The Shipments menu is organized by shipping stage.
Shipping progresses through the following stages:
Preparing for shipment > Awaiting shipment > In transit > Delivered.
Preparing for shipment
In this tab, you can select shipping carriers, enter the tracking numbers, and process shipments.
You can also update the order status to In transit.
If the customer requested combined shipping, you can ship multiple orders with the same recipient information together.
You can also handle multiple orders at once using a CSV file.
Awaiting shipment
This status means the tracking information has been entered, but shipping has not started yet.
This is mainly used when you use a shipping carrier integration service.
If you're not using such a service, this step can be skipped.
In transit
You can view orders currently In transit.
You can also update orders to Delivered when shipping is complete.
Delivered
You can view orders that have been marked as Delivered.
