- The general products area is the default area where products are automatically displayed when added to a category.
- The featured products and new arrivals areas are displayed above the general products area in the store.
Products added here are automatically added to the general products area as well.
Product Search
- If you want to search for a specific product within a selected category, you can set conditions to search.
- Select the criteria you want, such as product name, product code, product number, display status, sale status, or selling price.
- Search results are limited to the product category selected at the top.
Layout by Category
After selecting the desired product category in the search area at the top and clicking the 'Search' button, the product display list for that category will appear.
Clicking the 'Add Product' button will open the add product pop-up, where you can select and add products to display in the store's product category.
Adding and Removing Displayed Products
- Clicking the 'Add Product' button opens a window where you can add products to display in the category.
- Select the products to add in the add product window and click the 'Select' button — the products will be added to the top of the current list.
- The 'Do Not Display' button hides the product from the selected category without affecting its display status in other categories.
Adjusting Display Order
- — you can only adjust the display order if the product display method for that category is set to 'Custom'.
- The 'Display Order' shown in the list represents the display priority of that product.
- Select the product whose display order you want to adjust, then use the 'Bottom', 'Down', 'Up', or 'Top' buttons, or enter a number for the target position and click 'Change' to update the display order.
- When you manually enter a display order number, the product moves to that position and existing products at that position shift back by one.
- Entering a number greater than the total number of displayed products will move the product to the bottom of the list.
- When the display order is changed, a tooltip appears below the display order of the moved products, showing the updated display order.
- Hovering over the display order reveals a pin icon — clicking it locks the display order in place.
- Clicking the pin icon toggles the product's display order between locked and unlocked.
- Products with a locked display order will not have their order changed even when other products are added or removed.
Actual Display Order
- The actual display order is determined not only by each product's display order, but also by the display method, sale status, stock availability, and lock status.
- If a product's status is set to 'Not Displayed', 'Not for Sale', or 'Out of Stock (0)', it may not be sorted in display order sequence depending on the display method settings for that category.
- When a product's status changes to 'Displayed', 'For Sale', or 'In Stock (1 or more)', it is restored to its original position.

- Open the downloaded Excel file and edit only the display order column.
- Enter numbers only in the display order column.
Leaving it blank or entering non-numeric characters will cause an error.
- After downloading the Excel file, any products deleted or added in the store admin will not be reflected in the Excel file.
- Changes to the product code or product name will not be reflected.
- Enter 'Y' for products whose display order you want to lock.
Leaving it blank or entering 'N' will unlock the display order.
