You can configure product-related features among the basic information related to running your store.
Product data display
Display prices to
- You can set whether to show product prices, such as Price, Points, Price (before VAT), and Discounted price, only to customer accounts or also to guests.
- If you select Customer accounts only, prices are shown only to customer accounts who are logged in.
Customer accounts who are not logged in, and guests, cannot view product price information. - If you select Customer accounts only, guests cannot add the product to their cart.

You can set purchase restrictions for guests in Restrict purchases. - Go to .
If you want to display a separate item instead of the price before login, you can set this in Additional settings>Guest price display text.
Display discount period
- If a time-limited discount is set for the product, you can set when the Discount period item is displayed.
- If you select Before discount starts, you can promote an upcoming discount by displaying the discount period in advance, starting from the time you set.
Example: "Discount period: Starts in 4 days 12 hours 3 minutes. [Period]" (Clicking [Period] shows the full discount period.) - If you select When discount starts, it is displayed once the discount period begins.
Example: "Discount period: 4 days 12:11:30 remaining [Period]" (Clicking [Period] shows the full discount period.)

You can configure the Discount period display item.
When displaying discounted prices
- If you select Show discounted price only, only the discount benefits applied to the product in >Incentives are displayed.
- If you select Show discounted price and customer level-based discount, the discount benefits applied in Incentives and the customer level-based discounts set in are combined and displayed as the discounted price.
If you select Show details, each discount benefit and customer level-based discount for the product is displayed in a layer. - Regardless of the display setting, product discounts and customer level-based discounts are shown separately on the order form.
- The discounted price display setting applies commonly to your store's home page, product list, and product details.
Example: If a 15% discount is running and the discount rate is set to round up by 1 unit, it is displayed as a 20% discount. - Please note that depending on the rounding setting, the displayed discount rate may differ from the actual discount amount shown on the order form.

If you want to display the discounted price, discount amount, and discount rate, set Discounted price and discount amount display text.
Display customer level-based discount
- If you select Display before login, the maximum available customer level-based discount price is shown before login.
After login, the discount price for the customer's actual level is shown. - If you select Display after login, only the product's discount price is shown before login.
After login, the discount price for the customer's actual level is shown. - Customer level-based discount prices are not applied to the customer level-based discount price or Show details display unless you select the private customer levels configured in .
- However, if a customer belonging to a level that was not selected logs in, the discount price and detailed discount breakdown for that level are still applied.
Product option settings
Message before selecting options
- You can enter the text shown before the option box is expanded, within 50 Korean characters.
- If left blank, the option name is displayed instead.
Display extra charge in drop-down list
- Depending on the option configuration method you select, the extra charge is displayed in the product's option box.
Display additional information in drop-down list
- You can display additional information in the option box for products that use inventory tracking without the out-of-stock feature.
- The additional information set for When inventory is less than the minimum order quantity is displayed when Enable pre-order is set to Enable in .
Default inventory settings
- This is a setting applied across your store, and it's set as the default value in Bulk inventory settings under >Manage inventory>Manage product inventory.
- The same applies to Options/Inventory>Variant list>Bulk edit in .

Display sold-out variants
- If you select Not on display, sold-out option variants are not shown in your store.
- A variant is considered sold out when it's out of stock, or its Product status is set to Not for sale.
(Out of stock: when Track inventory is Enable, Available stock is 0 or less, and Enable out of stock is selected.) - You can configure the sold-out setting for a variant in Options/Inventory>Variant list under .
(The same applies to the edit product screen.)
Include sold-out variants in search
- This applies to products with Multiple-option selection, Preset variant selection, or Independent variant selection options.
- This applies to the color and size search filters shown in your store.
- If set to Include sold-out variants, sold-out variants are also included when a shopper clicks an option value in the color/size filter on your store.
- If set to Exclude sold-out variants, sold-out variants are not included when a shopper clicks an option value in the color/size filter on your store.
Option selection method
- Please edit your design according to the design guide in .
- This feature is only available on the product details screen; other screens use Single selection.
- If you select Multiple selection, the product is added below each time all required options are selected.
- Using Multiple selection can reduce the number of clicks for customers when a single product offers a wide variety of options.
- If you select Single selection, the selected option immediately becomes the order item.
To order other variants at the same time, customers need to use Add to cart. - Using Single selection helps customers more clearly recognize the product they've selected.
- If you select Single selection, you can set it so that an option is selected when a shopper clicks an additional image on your store.
Product image settings
Enable partial zoom
- You can set whether hovering over a product image on the product details screen zooms in on that part of the image.
Optimize loading speed for animated images
- If set to Enable, uploaded GIF images are converted to webP, which is optimized for web browsers. Using webP can reduce page loading time.
- If set to Disable, the uploaded GIF image is applied as is.
Information display on storefront
Options in menu bar
- You can set Coupons, Items in cart (including amount), and Wishlist items to be displayed at the bottom of your store.
Multi-language store product settings
Multi-language store products
- Clicking Bulk edit opens the Multi-language store products popup.
- In the Multi-language store products popup, you can bulk edit the multi-language store sales settings (Display status, Product status, Home category, Auto-translation) for the selected products.
- For products that are already registered, auto-translation is applied only after you deselect Use default store settings across stores for the item that needs translation in the product information.
- You can deselect Use default store settings across stores for each product in for each multi-language store.
