Connect your Cafe24 store to NEXT ENGINE and set up order and inventory sync.
Using NEXT ENGINE
NEXT ENGINE is an integrated store management service that lets you manage product, order, and inventory information spread across multiple stores in one place.
With the Cafe24 PRO Connector provided by NEXT ENGINE, you can sync orders and inventory. Product sync is planned for a future release.
Note - Things to keep in mind when using NEXT ENGINE
- A Cafe24 store and a NEXT ENGINE account are both required to complete the integration.
- If you operate multiple Multi-language stores, see Setting Up NEXT ENGINE for Multi-language Stores below.
- Go to and log in.
If you don't already have an account, create one. - In NEXT ENGINE, add a store to connect with your Cafe24PRO store, and complete the settings needed for the integration.
For detailed steps, see the . - In your Cafe24 admin, go to .
- On the access permission screen, click [Agree].
- Once the installation is complete, a confirmation screen will appear.
On the NEXT ENGINE platform screen, click [Cafe24 PRO Connector].
Setting Up Order Sync
Configure order sync, then place a test order to check that orders are imported correctly.
- On the Cafe24 PRO Connector screen, click [Settings], select the corresponding store under Bulk Order Registration Pattern, and turn on Order Sync under integration features, then click [Save Settings].
Once you save the settings, periodic sync will start every 15 minutes.
The first time order collection runs, it will retroactively import orders from up to 24 hours before the start time. - Place a test order to confirm the integration is working.
Setting Up Inventory Sync
After confirming that order sync works, register your products and inventory in NEXT ENGINE, then enable inventory sync.
Note - Check inventory before starting
Your Cafe24 PRO inventory will be overwritten with the available inventory quantities (free stock) in NEXT ENGINE. Check that these quantities are correct before starting inventory updates.
- Follow the to register the connection details, eligible products, and inventory quantities. Importing a marketplace product CSV alone does not register products or inventory; register them separately.
- After checking the inventory quantities, start the inventory update process in NEXT ENGINE. In the Cafe24 PRO Connector, open [Settings] and turn on Inventory Sync.
- Check that the quantities appear correctly in your Cafe24 PRO store. When inventory changes in NEXT ENGINE, the latest quantities are sent at 5-minute intervals.
When you add products to your store, also add them as inventory sync products in NEXT ENGINE.
Setting Up NEXT ENGINE for Multi-language Stores
If you operate multiple Multi-language stores on Cafe24, check the following.
- Create a separate NEXT ENGINE store for each of your Multi-language stores and connect them individually.
- Keeping stores separate this way prevents order numbers synced into NEXT ENGINE from duplicating.
