Basic information
- Go to .
- Enter your store name in the Store name field.
- Enter the store owner's name in the Admin name field.

Your email is already set with the email address used when you signed
up
for Cafe24.
- To change it, click Set email address.
- Click Request verification code.
- Enter the code sent to your registered email and click Verify.
- Enter your new email address and click Confirm.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Terms of Use
You can revise the content if you’ve received legal consultation or review.
Otherwise, it is recommended to use the default template provided by Cafe24.
Modifying the terms without a valid legal basis may result in disputes.

- Make necessary changes to your Terms of Use.
- Click Save.
Privacy Policy
You can configure whether to require user consent for third-party data sharing and outsourcing of data processing.

If you are using third-party apps that handle customer data, set both
options below to Enabled.
- Consent to provide personal data to third parties
- Consent to outsource data processing
- Revise the content to match your store policy.
- Click Save.
Store policies
You can edit policies for signup, orders, payments, shipping, exchanges, refunds, points, service inquiries in each tab.
