Create and display banners and notices to inform your store customers about delivery pause schedules in advance.
Posting delivery pause notices
- Go to and select Post delivery pause notice.
- Select the banner design to display.
- Check the time zone set for the default store(shop1), then set the delivery pause period and start date.
- Select the store(s) where the notice will be posted.
- Click Submit request.
Posting period for delivery pause notices
- Notices and banners will be displayed starting from the selected posting start date.
- The posting end date is automatically set to match the delivery pause end date.
- If you select today's date as the posting start date, the notice will be applied immediately.
- Delivery pause dates and posting start dates are set based on the time zone configured in .
- Example: Asia/Tokyo: (UTC+09:00) Osaka, Sapporo, Tokyo
- Example: America/Chicago: (UTC-05:00) Central Time (US & Canada)
- If the time zone information is incorrect, change the default store's time zone in .
- Delivery pause dates for multi-language stores may differ by ±1 day due to time zone differences from the default store.
