You can create member tiers for the store and provide tier-specific benefits.
You can configure member tiers to automatically change based on purchase history over a set period.
Managing Member Tiers
You can create and manage store members by tier.
You can set benefits and conditions for each tier.

Store Settings > Customer Settings > Member Policy Settings > Member Tier Management
- In the member tier list, you can check the benefits and number of members for each tier.
- You can configure member tiers to change automatically.
- You can add and delete member tiers.
- You can configure default settings for member tiers and register icons.
Automatic Member Tier Change Settings
You can automatically change member tiers based on purchase history over a set period.

Store Settings > Customer Settings > Member Policy Settings > Member Tier Management
- Click 'Go to Settings' or 'Change Settings' to navigate to 'Automatic Member Tier Change Settings'.
- Set 'Automatic Member Tier Change' to 'Enable'.

Set the criteria and conditions for automatically changing member tiers.
If you change the 'Member Tier Criteria', you will need to reset the criteria for each tier at Settings > Customer Settings > Member Policy Settings > Member Tier Management. - Click the 'Save' button at the bottom. You will be redirected to 'Member Tier Management'.
- In the 'Member Tier List', select a tier name to edit its criteria.

To set the tier order, enter the 'Priority' value in the 'Member Tier List'.
Higher tiers should have lower numbers. (Top(1) - Upper(2) - Lower(3) - ...) - Once all settings are complete, click 'Apply Auto Change'. Tier changes will begin on the earliest scheduled date.
Automatic Member Tier Change Based on Criteria
- Purchase Amount: Member tiers are automatically changed based on the customer's total purchase amount.
- Purchase Amount and Purchase Count: The tier will only change automatically when both the purchase amount and purchase count meet the tier criteria.
- Purchase Amount or Purchase Count: When either the purchase amount or purchase count meets the member tier criteria, the tier will automatically change to the one with the higher priority among the two conditions.
Definitions of Purchase Amount and Purchase Count

Purchase Amount
- Total actual payment amount: The actual payment amount after deducting all discounts, coupons, points, mileage, and deposits from the total order amount.
- Total order amount: The total product purchase amount plus total shipping fees.

Purchase Count
- Number of orders: The purchase count is calculated based on the number of orders placed by the customer.
- Number of items: The purchase count is calculated based on the number of items ordered by the customer.
Auto Change Cycle Settings
- The cumulative data period can be selected from: last 1 month, last 3 months, last 6 months, last 12 months, last 24 months, or last 36 months.
- The cumulative period cannot be set shorter than the change cycle.

How to use the admin tier (fixed tier)
- Set the priority to one level above the lowest tier.
- Set the purchase amount condition to (blank) ~ under 0 without any tier criteria.
- Search for the member you want to fix to a tier and lock them to the admin tier.

If automatic changes are enabled, customers whose tier changes will receive a message by email/memo.
Message content and settings can be changed at Store Settings > Customer Settings > Auto Send Settings > Auto Send Message Settings.
Adding a Member Tier
To add a 'Member Tier', click 'Add Tier' in the 'Member Tier List'.
- Enter the 'Member Tier Name' and 'Member Tier Description'. The tier name will also be displayed in the store, and customers can check their tier in My Shopping, etc.

Under 'Benefit Payment Condition', select one of 'All Payments',
'Cash Payment (Bank Transfer)', or 'All Payments Except Cash'.
Benefits can be provided based on the payment method when members of that tier place an order. -
Under 'Discount/Points Benefit on Purchase', select from No Benefit, Purchase Amount Discount, Points Award, or Discount/Points Simultaneous Application to configure the discount/points benefit for the tier.
- Selecting 'No Benefit' allows you to configure 'Member Tier Display When No Benefit Is Set'.
- Selecting 'Purchase Amount Discount' allows you to configure overlap settings with product-specific discounts, purchase amount discount settings, and mobile additional discount settings.
- Selecting 'Points Award' allows you to configure points award settings and mobile additional points award settings.
- Selecting 'Discount/Points Simultaneous Application' allows you to configure overlap settings with product-specific discounts, purchase amount discount settings, and mobile additional discount/points settings.
- Under 'Shipping Fee Benefit', select 'Free Shipping' to provide the benefit.
- Enter and select a background color in 'Tier List Background Color'.
- You can register images for 'Tier Image' and 'Tier Icon'. The tier image is displayed on the store's product detail page, cart, and My Shopping.
- After filling in all the settings for adding the member tier, click the 'Add' button.
Note
- Up to 30 member tiers can be added.
- Please save the member tier name without HTML tags.
- International shipping auto-calculated fees (EMS) are excluded from the free shipping benefit.
- The 'Member Tier Display When No Benefit Is Set' setting configures whether tier benefit details are shown in the store's cart and My Shopping. The tier name is always displayed regardless of this setting.
- You can configure whether to display member tiers via 'Member Tier Display' at Store Settings > Customer Settings > Member Policy Settings > Member Settings.
- 'Mobile Additional Discount and Points Settings' allows you to set additional discounts and points on top of the base settings. Discounts and points can be configured to apply only to mobile orders.

'Overlap Settings with Product-Specific Discounts' configures whether member tier discounts apply when purchasing a product that already has a discount applied.
You can select from: apply product-specific discount only, apply member tier discount only, or apply both product-specific and member tier discounts. -
When '%' is selected in the purchase amount discount and points award settings, you can configure rounding.
You can choose from: no rounding, round down to the ones/tens/hundreds place.- No rounding: 1,234 → 1,234
- Round down to ones: 1,234 → 1,230
- Round down to tens: 1,234 → 1,200
- Round down to hundreds: 1,234 → 1,000
Deleting a Member Tier
To delete a tier, select the member tier you want to delete from the 'Member Tier List' and click 'Delete'.
Note
- If there are members in the tier you want to delete, you cannot delete the tier. Change the members' tier first, then delete it.
Default Member Tier Settings
When a member tier is set as the default, customers will be assigned that tier when they register.
Select a member tier in 'Default Member Tier Settings' and click 'Save' to apply the setting.
