When should I check subscription order history?

Subscription delivery is a service that automatically charges and ships items selected by your customers at a set frequency.
Check subscription order history in the following situations.

  • To verify that subscription information was registered correctly after a customer places a subscription order
(e.g., to confirm settings such as shipping frequency, number of shipments, and scheduled payment date)
  • To process a customer's request to cancel or pause subscription delivery
(e.g., "I want to stop my subscription delivery starting next month," "I'd like to pause for a month")
  • When a payment failure occurs and you need to check or take action on a subscription
  • To review subscription orders related to processing price change consent for subscription products

Go to Products>Subscription delivery>Subscriptions.
Enter search criteria to filter results.

  • Search term: Search by subscription number, subscriber name, subscriber ID, mobile number, or phone number.
  • Period: Search by subscription date, scheduled payment date, or cancellation date.
  • Product: Search by selecting a specific product.
  • Shipping frequency: Choose from 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 1 to 6 months, or 1 year.
  • Subscription status: Choose from All, Active, Canceled, Paused, or Resume.

Viewing search results

Search results are displayed in reverse chronological order (newest first).
Click a subscription number in the list to open the Subscription order details pop-up, where you can view the subscriber's information, recipient information, ordered product details, payment history, and more.

Subscription status is displayed as follows.

  • Active: Subscription delivery is active
  • Canceled: Canceled by customer / Canceled by admin / Automatically canceled by system
  • Paused: Requested by customer / Requested by admin

Canceling subscription delivery

To stop an active subscription delivery, you can process a cancellation.
Customers can cancel directly from My page, or admins can cancel from the admin panel.

  1. Go to Products>Subscription delivery>Subscriptions and select the subscription to cancel.
  2. Click Cancel subscription delivery.
  3. When the confirmation message appears, click Confirm.

After cancellation, the status changes to Canceled (by admin).
If you cancel after a billing notification has been sent, the current cycle will be charged at the billed amount, and the cancellation will take effect from the next cycle. However, if you cancel all billed items, the payment itself will be canceled.

Caution

When you cancel a subscription delivery in the admin panel, no notification is sent to the customer.

Pausing subscription delivery

When a customer wants to temporarily stop deliveries, you can pause their subscription delivery.
Automatic billing and shipping will not be processed while the subscription is paused.

  1. Go to Products>Subscription delivery>Subscriptions and select the subscription to pause.
  2. Click Pause.
  3. When the confirmation message appears, click Confirm.

After pausing, the status changes to Paused (by admin).
If you pause after a billing notification has been sent, the current cycle will be charged at the billed amount, and the pause will take effect from the next cycle.

Caution

Pausing and resuming may not work during system processing periods.

Resuming subscription delivery

To resume a paused subscription delivery, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Products>Subscription delivery>Subscriptions and select the subscription to resume.
  2. Click Resume.
  3. When the confirmation message appears, click Confirm.

After resuming, the status changes to Active, and automatic billing and shipping will resume from the next scheduled payment date.
