Go to the menu above to configure the features that apply when customers place an order.
Configuring cart settings
Configure the cart features used in your store.
You can set up wishlist items in the cart, the add-to-cart confirmation window, how long items stay in the cart, the add-to-cart icon, option changes for items in the cart, and discount amounts shown in the cart.
Showing wishlist items in the cart
Choose whether to show the wishlist below the cart list on the cart page.
Setting the add-to-cart confirmation window
Choose whether to show a confirmation window when customers click Add to cart in your store.
- Select Go to cart page directly.
- Customers go to the cart page when they click Add to cart.
- Select Show confirmation window and let customers choose whether to go to the cart page.
- A confirmation window appears when customers click Add to cart.
- Customers go to the cart page when they click Go to cart in the confirmation window.
- If you select Show items in cart and allow purchase, the confirmation window shows all items in the cart along with the Buy now button.
- Customers go to the order form page when they click Buy now.
- Customers can order all items in the cart.
Setting how long items stay in the cart
Set how long items stay in a customer's cart.
If you select Yes, items stay in the cart for the period you select.
If you select No (use the default of 7 days), items stay in the cart for 7 days.
Note
- The period is counted from the moment a customer logs in to your store.
- Items are removed from the cart if the customer does not log in within that period.
- If the customer logs in within that period, the period is counted again from the time of login.
Showing the add-to-cart icon
Choose whether to show the add-to-cart icon on your store's main page and product list page.
Setting the option change window for items in the cart
Allow customers to change product options on the cart page.
Showing discount amounts in the cart
Choose whether to show product discounts, customer tier discounts, and total discounts in the price, subtotal, and total due on the cart page.
Configuring order and order form settings
Configure the order features used in your store.
You can set up purchase restrictions, pre-orders, discount amount display, item deletion, quick signup, order information confirmation, and the print button.
Restricting purchases
This feature restricts purchases by guests.
- If you select Customer accounts only, the purchase button appears only to customers with an account, and only they can buy products.
- If you select Show the purchase button to guests, the purchase button also appears to guests.
- When guests click the button, a message tells them to sign up first.
- If you select Everyone, both customers with an account and guests can buy products in your store.
Accepting pre-orders
- To accept pre-orders, do not use the sold-out feature for the product.
- Use inventory management for the product so that the stock quantity is saved.
- If you select Enable, pre-order appears when customers select options on the product detail page.
- When customers select an option marked as pre-order, the Buy now button changes to Pre-order.
- If you select Disable, pre-order does not appear in the product options or buttons on the product detail page.
Showing discount amounts in the order details
Show discounted amounts in the price and subtotal on the order form page.
Deleting items on the order form page
Choose whether customers can delete items on the order form page.
- If you select Enable, customers can select items on the order form page. The selected items are deleted when they click Delete.
- If you select Disable, customers cannot select items on the order form page. The Delete button does not appear either.
Setting up quick signup on the order form page
Guests can sign up using the shipping information they enter on the order form page.
- If you select Enable, guests can use quick signup on the order form page.
- They enter an ID and password, and can agree to receive marketing information.
- The shipping information they enter is used as their account information.
- Signup is completed once they pay for the order.
- If you select Disable, guests cannot use quick signup on the order form page.
Note
- Unlike the store's signup page, signup is completed with only an ID and password.
- The features set for regular signup do not apply to quick signup.
Customers can sign up regardless of the settings for signup verification (including email verification), age restrictions for those under 14 or under 19, gender restrictions, duplicate email checks, signup information confirmation, user authentication, and password security questions. - Customer benefits do not apply to orders paid for with quick signup. Customer discounts and points apply from the next order onward.

Set Issue type to Auto-issued coupon.
You can issue coupons based on the Signup, Delivery completed, Order completed, or First purchase condition.
Try offering a coupon to customers who complete quick signup.
Confirming information entered on the order form
Customers click Checkout on the order form page.
Choose whether to provide a page where customers can review their order information once more.
Configuring order form fields
Configure the settings for the fields on the order form page.
You can set up order form fields, the address character limit, automatic saving of shipping messages to a board, and ID number entry for customers in China and Taiwan.
Setting up order form fields
- Set up the fields that collect customer and recipient information on the order form page.
- If you select Shipping information only, customers enter only the recipient information.
- If you select Enter order and shipping information separately, customers enter both the customer and recipient information.
Note
- With shipping information only, customers can order quickly without entering their customer information.
- For customers with an account, any customer information not entered at checkout is filled in and saved from their account information.
- For guests, the recipient information they enter is saved as the customer information.
Configuring order form fields in detail
Select the information to show on the order form page and whether each field is required.
Set either the phone number or the mobile number as required.
Setting the view order (guest) password
Choose whether to show the view order password field on the order form for guest orders.
- If you select Enable, the view order password field appears on the order form for guest orders.
- If you select Disable, the view order password field is removed from the order form. A Guest order lookup message is sent by SMS or KakaoTalk, letting guests look up their order simply by entering the mobile number they used at checkout.
- Set View order (guest) password settings to Disable. The message is sent only when this is disabled.
- To set View order (guest) password settings to Disable, the mobile number must be required on the order form.
- Enable the Guest order lookup message.
Saving shipping messages to a board
Shipping messages entered on the order form page can be saved to a board automatically.
- If you select Enable, you can set the title and the board for automatic saving.
- If you select Disable, shipping messages are not saved separately.
Requiring ID numbers for customers in China and Taiwan
If you sell to customers in China or Taiwan, configure the settings below.
- If you select Enable, an ID number field appears on the order form page.
- If you select Disable, shipping messages are not saved separately.
Note
- Since the real-name delivery system took effect, ID number information is required for deliveries to China and Taiwan.
Setting preferred delivery dates and times
Setting delivery dates
- Delivery date range: If you set the range based on the order completion date, customers can choose a preferred delivery date within that period.
- Default delivery date: Set the default preferred delivery date shown on the order form page.
Setting delivery times
- Delivery time range: Set the range of delivery times customers can choose from.
- Select a start and end time, then click Add.
- Default delivery time: Set the default preferred delivery time shown on the order form page.
