Set transaction fees based on the payment method and payment provider.
Managing transaction fees
Add and manage transaction fees in Manage transaction fees.
Viewing transaction fees
View the transaction fees you have added.
Click Add transaction fee to add a new fee.
Adding a transaction fee
Complete the General, Condition settings, and Fee settings sections, then click Save.
Configuring general settings
Choose whether to use the transaction fee and enter a fee name.
Select Enable or Disable.
A fee name is required.
Setting conditions
Select the payment method and payment provider to which the transaction fee will apply.
To use transaction fees, first sign up with a payment provider that supports fees for postpay payments.
Once you have signed up, you can select the payment method and payment provider.
Selecting a payment provider is required.
Choosing the calculation basis
Choose the amount to use as the basis for calculating transaction fees.
Select Product subtotal or Order amount.
Setting fee ranges
Set a transaction fee for each range of the selected calculation amount.
Enter the lower limit, upper limit, and transaction fee, then click Add.
Each range includes the lower limit and excludes the upper limit.
For example, if you set a fee of 200 JPY for a range from 1,000 JPY up to but not including 5,000 JPY, a transaction fee of 200 JPY is charged when the amount used for calculation falls within that range.
View the ranges and fees you have added in the list below.
To set multiple ranges, enter each range and its fee, then click Add again.
Saving your settings
Click Save when you have finished configuring the settings.
Click Back to list to return to the transaction fee list.
