Set up promotions for your store customers and display popup banners according to promotion schedules.
Creating promotions
- Go to and select Create promotion.
- Enter your Cafe24 ID, promotion name, discount rate or discount amount.
Promotion types
Weekend discount promotions
- Period: Friday 17:00 ~ Sunday 23:55 of the promotion week (based on time zone)
- Product display: SALE category (*new category created and displayed only during promotion period)
- Discount products/discount rate/discount amount: Applied according to your application details
Weekday seasonal promotions
- Period: Monday 09:00 ~ Thursday 23:55 of the promotion week (based on time zone)
- Target products: Discount applied to all products
- Discount rate/discount amount: Applied according to your application details
Anniversary promotions & membership milestone promotions
- Period: Applied according to your application details
- Product display: SALE category (*new category created and displayed only during promotion period)
- Discount products/discount rate/discount amount: Applied according to your application details
Promotion periods
- Promotion dates and times are set based on the time zone configured in .
- Example: Asia/Tokyo: (UTC+09:00) Osaka, Sapporo, Tokyo
- Example: America/Chicago: (UTC-05:00) Central Time (US & Canada)
Note - Setting different product quantities or discount amounts for weekend promotions
- If you want to set different product quantities or discount methods for each week, select only one option in [Promotion Name & Schedule] and submit individual applications.
- If multiple applications are submitted for the same week, the first application received will be applied.
