You can view orders that are currently in transit.
Update the order status to Delivered once delivery is complete.
Changing order status to Delivered
You can update the order status to Delivered.
- Go to Orders>In transit.
- Set your desired search filters, then click Search.
- Select the checkboxes for the orders to mark as Delivered.
- Click Mark as Delivered at the top of the list.
- The orders will move to the Delivered tab.
Reverting order status to Awaiting shipment or Preparing for shipment
You can change the order status back to Awaiting shipment or Preparing for shipment.
- Go to Orders>In transit.
- Set your desired search filters, then click Search.
- Select the checkboxes for the orders to revert.
- Click Mark as Awaiting shipment or Mark as Preparing for shipment at the top of the list.
- The orders will move to the Awaiting shipment or Preparing for shipment tab.
