Manage Product Inventory

Inventory refers to the number of products you currently have in stock.
Keeping accurate track of your inventory helps you respond quickly to orders.
You can set up product inventory in detail at the variant level.
You can change whether to track inventory, the criteria for deducting from inventory, and the available stock.
If you need to set additional charges for product options, you can edit them using a CSV file.
※ If a product has 1,000 or more registered option variants, the screen may not load properly — keep this in mind.

Inventory Management Guide

You can manage inventory from [Admin] Products > Inventory Management > Manage Product Inventory .

Info

Inventory Management Settings

Set the items in the Inventory Management menu, then click the Save button at the top right of the list to apply your settings.

Items you can set

  • Whether to track inventory

  • Deduct from inventory

  • Available stock

  • Enable out of stock

  • Display status

  • Sales status

Deduct from Inventory

The "Deduct from inventory" setting determines how the inventory count you hold is calculated "based on orders."

  • Order-based: When a product order comes in, the inventory count is reduced by the number of products ordered. This also includes Bank deposit and Virtual account orders for which payment has not yet been confirmed.

  • Payment-based: The inventory count is reduced by the number of products for which payment has been completed after ordering. For Bank deposit or Virtual account payments, the order is only counted once the deposit has been confirmed. ※ Products in the cart are not counted toward available stock under either criterion.

Out-of-Stock Display

When the out-of-stock display feature is enabled, an "Out of Stock" label appears on the storefront once a product's inventory reaches 0.

  1. [Admin] Products > Inventory Management > Manage Out-of-Stock Products.

  2. Enter the available stock you need to keep on hand for smooth ordering and shipping.

  3. Click the "Save" button at the top right of the list.

Note

Things to note when using the out-of-stock display feature

  • If out-of-stock display is enabled, once the product's inventory count reaches 0 or below, it will show as out of stock on the storefront and can no longer be ordered.

  • If out-of-stock display is not enabled, orders can still be placed even when the inventory count reaches 0 or below, and the inventory count will show as negative ( - ) based on the number ordered.

  • For option products using the out-of-stock display feature, the product is shown as out of stock on the storefront only when all options have an inventory count of 0 or below, or are set to "Not for sale."

Total Cumulative Sales

When the out-of-stock display feature is enabled, an "Out of Stock" label appears on the storefront once a product's inventory reaches 0.

  • Display: Total cumulative sales across all multi-language stores (total cumulative sales for that specific multi-language store)

  • Sales figures are displayed based on the same data used in Order Management Statistics Management Product Analysis.

  • This reflects the number of products actually paid for by customers, including order payments and exchanges (additions).

  • This excludes the number of products refunded to customers due to order cancellations, returns, or exchanges (cancellations). [May be displayed as negative ( - )]

  • Total cumulative sales are updated every hour, at 15 minutes past the hour.
