  • Click the button to open the pop-up, configure the settings, and click Bulk settings for selected items to apply them.

Downloading inventory data

  • Download data for variants with inventory tracking enabled.

  • Save the file in *.xlsx or *.xls format to use it for a spreadsheet upload.

Uploading inventory data

  • Click the button to open the pop-up, then upload a spreadsheet to update inventory information.

  • You can also upload it in Products>Manage products>Manage via CSV>Edit inventory.

Setting stock deduction criteria

  • By order: Stock is deducted when a product is ordered.

  • By payment: Stock is deducted when payment for a product is confirmed.
※ Products added to a shopping cart do not reduce stock, regardless of the selected criterion.

Displaying out-of-stock status

  • Use Enable out of stock to control whether Out of stock appears in your store.

  • When selected, a variant with zero or negative stock is marked as out of stock and cannot be ordered.

  • When not selected, a variant can still be ordered even if its stock is zero or negative. The quantity ordered is deducted from stock, resulting in a negative stock level.

  • For products with options, the product is marked as out of stock if all variants have zero or negative stock or are Not for sale, or if Enable out of stock is selected.

Checking accumulated sales

  • Displayed as: accumulated sales across all multi-language stores (accumulated sales for the current multi-language store).

  • The count includes quantities that customers have paid for, such as paid orders, products added to orders, and products added through exchanges.

  • Quantities refunded to customers, such as canceled orders, returns, and products canceled through exchanges, are excluded. (The count may be negative.)
