Using NEXT ENGINE
NEXT ENGINE is an integrated store management service that lets you manage product, order, and inventory information spread across multiple stores in one place.
With the Cafe24 PRO Connector provided by NEXT ENGINE, you can sync your orders, inventory, and products.
- Go to and log in.
If you don't already have an account, create one. - In NEXT ENGINE, add a store to connect with your Cafe24PRO store, and complete the settings needed for the integration.
For detailed steps, see the . - In your Cafe24 admin, go to .
- On the access permission screen, click [Agree].
- Once the installation is complete, a confirmation screen will appear.
On the NEXT ENGINE platform screen, click [Cafe24 PRO Connector]. - On the Cafe24 PRO Connector screen, click [Settings], select the corresponding store under Bulk Order Registration Pattern, and turn on Order Sync under integration features, then click [Save Settings].
Once you save the settings, periodic sync will start every 15 minutes.
The first time order collection runs, it will retroactively import orders from up to 24 hours before the start time. - Place a test order to confirm the integration is working.
Note - Things to keep in mind when using NEXT ENGINE
- Check the following before using NEXT ENGINE.
- A Cafe24 store and a NEXT ENGINE account are both required to complete the integration.

Setting Up NEXT ENGINE for Multi-language Stores
If you operate multiple Multi-language stores on Cafe24, check the following.
- Create a separate NEXT ENGINE store for each of your Multi-language stores and connect them individually.
- Keeping stores separate this way prevents order numbers synced into NEXT ENGINE from duplicating.
