Cafe24 provides backup and restore features to help you keep your store's theme files safe.
Theme files can be saved automatically or manually, and you can restore your theme from a saved file.
Use these features to protect your theme files from damage caused by mistakes or errors.
Backing up themes
Theme files can be saved automatically or manually.
Saved files are kept for 7 days and can be downloaded.

Select the theme you want to save, and click Back up.

Note
- We recommend downloading important theme files and saving them to your computer.
- Up to 84 automatic backups and 12 manual backups can be stored.
- Only HTML files are backed up. Image files are not included.

- Automatic backups run daily at around 5:00 a.m., only for themes that were edited and had an admin login within the past 24 hours.

Restoring themes
You can restore your theme from a backup file.
This is useful if you accidentally deleted HTML files in the File Uploader or the Smart Themes editor.

Find the name of the theme you want to restore.

Click Restore in the list, or click Restore from my computer.
Upload the theme file you downloaded to complete the restore.
Note
- When restoring from your computer, the file name must match the original downloaded file name.
