Issued points

View and manage how customers use and receive points in your store.
You can also adjust points in bulk.

Managing customer points

You can view and manage customer points by customer level or individual customer.

    1. Go to Customers>Incentives>Points.

    2. You can search by customer level, ID, and date range.

    3. In Summary for the period, you can view available points, pending points, pending customer level/coupon-based points.

    4. In Points history, you can view point details by customer.
      Click on the tabs for Available Points, Pending Points, Pending customer level/coupon-based points.

    5. Use the dropdown at the top right of the Point history section to select a point type to check why points were added or deducted.

 

 

Note
 

  • Available points can be used immediately and are earned through actions like signing up or making a purchase.
     
  • Pending points are points scheduled to be available later and cannot be used immediately.
    This is a safeguard to prevent abuse, such as using points from a purchase and then canceling the original order.

Exporting as CSV

  1. Click the Export as CSV button.
     
  2. In the Export as CSV popup, select a template and click Create CSV.
     
  3. Download the CSV file once it's generated and use it for store operations.


 

Adjusting points in bulk

  1. Click Bulk adjust points and then Download template to get the CSV format.
     
  2. Open the downloaded template, fill in customer IDs, and save the file as CSV.
    You can enter up to 500 customer IDs per file.
     
  3. Upload the completed file in Import CSV, select whether to reward or deduct points, and enter the amount and details.
     
  4. After clicking Import CSV, review the result.
    If the upload fails, check the error message and re-upload the corrected file.

Up to 500 customer IDs can be processed per file.
