To enhance store security, permission and key settings must be changed only after verification.
Email can be set as the verification method.
Email verification
You can set email as the security verification method.
Setting up primary email for security verification
- Go to .
- Under Basic Information, find the Email field, and click Set email address. Complete your email verification.
- Enter a primary email address and click Confirm.
- Click Set verification method under Verification methods.
- Set Email verification to Enable and click Save.
Adding email addresses for verification
- You can add multiple email addresses as verification methods for a single admin ID.
- A single email address can be used for multiple admin IDs.
- An email address that has already been verified cannot be reused.
- Once the primary verification method is set, the head admin or sub-admins can add more email addresses as verification methods by following these steps:
- Click the Add button from the additional email list.
- Choose the admin ID you want.
- Click the right arrow icon to move the selected ID to the selected admin ID list.
- Enter a new email address and click Request verification code.
- Enter the code received via email and click Verify to complete setup.
Note
To protect your store information, make sure your admin login password is different from your email account password.
If identity verification using the primary email address is not possible, clearly state that you are requesting to change your primary verification method, and submit your request to Customer Support via 1:1 Inquiry or email.

- Corporate accounts: Business registration certificate, Copy of business owner's ID, and corporate registry - Write your store ID and the requested update details in the margin of the documents you submit.
