In Boards>Posts, you can view all posts, comments, and reported content.

• You can configure filters to search posts across all boards used in your store.

1. Manage deleted posts (popup)

• When you restore a post, any comments will be restored as well. Comments on deleted posts cannot be restored individually.
• If you restore a post deleted by a customer, it may lead to complaints. Please double-check before restoring.

• Deleted posts are retained for 30 days. After that, they are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

• If you choose to permanently delete a post, it will be removed immediately. Any attached files will also be deleted, freeing up board storage capacity.
