Service scope

1. Product sync between your store and marketplaces

Products added to your store are automatically synced to the marketplaces you signed up for, enabling efficient operations. Key information such as product names, prices, and details can be centrally managed from your store.

 

 

Note - What is product sync?

Product sync is a feature that automatically sends product information registered in your store to marketplaces, allowing you to efficiently manage the same products across multiple sales channels. A single product information update will automatically update all synced marketplace listings, significantly saving management time.

 

Key points about product sync

  • Only products with a main image, detailed description, and country of origin information will be synced.
  • Existing marketplace listings will be matched with your store products, and some of their information may be updated.
  • You can set custom prices and discount policies for each marketplace.
  • Discount settings, catalogs, manufacturer, and brand information set in each marketplace seller center will remain unchanged.
  • After products are registered or matched, any changes to product information made in your store will automatically sync to marketplaces.
    • Target fields: product name, sales price, options/inventory, display status, sales status, main image, additional images, detailed description, search keywords
  • Product registration results will be sent via email.
 

Note

Please update all required fields within 3 days of product registration to ensure your listing is processed smoothly on the marketplace.

 

 

 

Caution

Please note that the Company cannot be held responsible for any issues that may occur if a product is automatically set to “For Sale” because it was not unlinked within the required timeframe.

 

2. Custom pricing and discounts by marketplace

  • Marketplaces without custom settings will use the default value (same as your store's price).
  • These values will be synced when adding new products or editing synced products.
  • If you set discounts separately in each marketplace seller center, they will be applied in addition to these settings and reflected in the final price.

 

3. SEO optimization

SEO optimization is applied for each marketplace to support improved product visibility and sales. This expands exposure opportunities when products are searched within each marketplace.

Higher product ranking and increased sales are not guaranteed.

Getting started

You can sign up for the marketplace service through the Cafe24 PRO app. Complete the following setup steps beforehand for smooth marketplace service registration and operations.

 

1. Verify marketplace API settings

  • Log in to each marketplace seller center and verify that your API key has been issued successfully.
  • Set all API feature permissions to Enabled.
  • Click each marketplace link below to view guides and FAQs.

2. Download the Cafe24 PRO app

Search for Cafe24 PRO on Google Play or App Store and download it.

 

3. Applying for the marketplace service

  1. Log in to the Cafe24 PRO app.
  2. Go to Recommended services > Connect your marketplace, click Connected.
  3. Select the marketplace you want to connect.
  4. Enter the marketplace information (seller ID, password, API key, etc.), then save.
