Discount codes

You can offer promotions to customers by providing discount codes. Settings for simultaneous use of discount codes with other benefits are available.

Setting up discount codes

1. Go to Settings > Promotion settings > Customer benefit settings > Discount codes.
    
2. Setting 'Discount code usage' to 'Use' allows customers to enter discount codes on the order form.
   Selecting 'Do not use' will hide the discount code input field.
    
3. Setting 'Simultaneous use with coupons' to 'Use' allows customers to use coupons and discount codes together.
   Selecting 'Do not use' means customers can only use one of the two benefits when placing an order.
    
4. Setting 'Simultaneous use with credits' to 'Use' allows customers to use credits and discount codes together.
   Selecting 'Do not use' means customers can only use one of the two benefits when placing an order.
    
5. Setting 'Simultaneous use with member level discount' to 'Use' allows customers to use member level discounts and discount codes together.
   Selecting 'Do not use' means customers can only use one of the two benefits when placing an order.
